I bought a old flat in co-op housing society. since the flat was unoccupied for long time and there were dues on flat, the supply was disconnected. After purchse agreement, I went to MSEB office, paid the outstanding bill and got the receipt for the same. When i went to reconnection department, the guy told me that i need to wait for atleast a week as he is too busy. i requested him a lot and finally he demanded rs. 1000 for his services. since i have to move in a day after, i paid him money. he came with me and reconnected the supply in 5 minutes.
