My Bike was lifted by Traffic Police

We went for a lunch to The Village in Indiranagar 100Ft Road on 4th November. My bike was parked on the space next to CCD along with several other cars and two-wheelers. After lunch I found my bike missing alomg with some other two wheelers. But the cars were still there under the No Parking zone along the lane. One CCD guy told that some Pilicemen from ********** Bima Nagar Traffic PS came and lifted them as they two wheelers were in No Parking zone. To add here there is no place in this locality where you can park your vehicle except the footpath which is not in the No Parking zone (I did not find any Police No Parking there). My colleague who also lost his bike went to ********** Bima Nagar Traffic PS . Before we could enter the PS one guy in civil dress came and asked for Rs.300/- per bike and we ultimately got rid with Rs.200/-. Later we came to know that it was for the Diwali they need to collect money like that.
