In one of the polytechnic the admin manager has taken 3 times money from me. and not getting my certificate. in 2007 i paid 1200, in 2003 i paid 800 now in january i paid 2500. still he is not giving some reason to give my certificate. some times he say in technical board if i pay 2000 to some one this work will be fast :( govt should make a rules. who ever takes bribe their childrens should not be allwed to study in any school also no vacancy in any company no passport and no govt facility at all.
