Hi,

My mother had to wait a whole day in Muncipal office to pay the property tax due to the lame excuse of 'computer not working' given by the authorities. Finally they accepted the tax amount and also asked for the bribe saying they had worked so hard to get this done forgetting that Govt pays their salary to serve *******
