Need to eradicate bribe

• Stamps and Registration
• Registration of Property
• Paid INR 2,500

Basically i don't want to give bribe, but the brokers told me that if you don't give bribe the work won't be done, the registrar should say some fake reasons and make the registration delay(even though i am give the right valuation amount for the property), eventually i paid bribe.
