Need to pay bribe for recovering my own asset

I lost my TC book of Motor cycle on 28 oct,20112.According to law i made an affidavit an submitted it to the police station.The constable on duty asked me weather i need the NOC urgently or after few weeks.He said then i had to give him some chai pani or else i need to visit him again after 15 dyas.But as i required the document as early as possible i agreed to help him.He demanded 300 rs and i bargained with him for few minutes and then he got ready to settle down on 200 rs.Within 10 mins i got the NC without any inquiry.
