After a torment with the builder,w e had finaly bought a house @ mogappair.
The builder game me the EB card along with the hosue key, where we are surprised to see the amount due is 2500rs, where NO prior possestion has been made (it came to know from the building security, they have used my EB connection for flooring the common area). so i approaced the builder on that, he told EB is on your name and we will not help u (another fraud). so i have to approach the EB engineer; he told pay me 2500rs and we will fix a new one and will remove the older one. Hve to pay the amount along with my new possesion and fixing the EB, i have to pay the EB mechanic of 300rs.
