New Passport applied for my *******

This has started with new passport application and it went on for 8 months. There is no clue whether people inside Passport office are at least care about individual applications. We applied for new passport and police verification happened and there also we paid Rs1000.00 bribe to the constable who visited my house. That's it there is no response from passport office and we had a chance to talk to one of the passport agent and he asked us to pay Rs10000.00 to one of the employee in passport office to move our file. This went on for 6 to 8 months and atlast we received the passports.We went through all the pain both mentally and physically.
If this happens like this then every person in India should earn in lakhs and crores to bribe all these people to get the things done.
