I was coming back from ********** hills to rm nagar on 26th Dec'09, is when it happened. on NH7 between international airport and hebbal we have traffic police checking speed violations. They stopped my vehicle saying i was overspeeding when i was only at 61kmph. cop pulled my vehicle aside and checked all docs. Then he said that i can pay him Rs.100 and leave as the fine is going to be Rs.300. I denied giving him money and asked him to show mw my footage. When we checked they did not even have me on camera anywhere. They were doing this with a lot of people, scare tactic and take money.
