Hi,
Recent I had been to file annual return Form U under shop and establishment. Which need to be filed all who registered under shops and establishment before 31st Jan.
Our annual return was as per rules and regulation of Act.Generally, bribe is paid to get work done faster or to cover up default.
In these case, I paid just to get the acknowledgment on the filed returned. The officer need to acknowledged the return after verification.
They made arrangement with clerk to take bribe on behalf of officer. The officer take the return sign on it after verification, he also instruct to get affixing the seal on return with clerk. Without Rs. 200/- he will be not affixing the return. We need to fight the corruption by cleaning all government department, because of some corrupt officials every one is facing the problem. Each officer will have around 1000-1500 companies under him. Rs. 200 multiple by 1000 t0 1500 companies.
