It was my birthday and me and my friends were going on bikes to celebrate. whn we were crossing burari bypass auddenlly the traffic light stopped working and as we crossed the light a trafic constable stopped us and told us tht we hav violated the signal. we tried to tell him tht b4 it went out it was gree bt he didnt listen. thn i told him tht i will pay the challan and asked for reciept he said tht either pay him 200 rs or the bike will be impounded. as we were in the hurry we hav to pay the bribe.
