In Pune our car was dashed by PMPML bus while waiting on signal. We noted the number of bus except only one letter before the number. The police department found excuse that way and did not do any thing to identify the govt local transport bus. My question is how many local transport buses with same no. but different letter before it must be commuting on the same route at the same time? Luckily nobody was injured in the car, but we had to spend rs. 25000 for the repair work. I would like to know the procedure to be followed in such case.
