Rto officials have their own network with the agents near rto offices. If any person is honest enough and goes according to the rules n regulations in getting his licence done, rto officials directly rejects the application without any specific reasons.At the same time if your application for licence is through agents no proof is required your licence will be got in no time for which we have to pay the agents with huge amounts of money.The same thing happened to me, i happened to go with all required documents without any agent and my application got rejected more than two times even though i was perfect in driving with all documents.Let me tell you it was my ********** exams time too and i had no other option, i had to pay 1200rs to agent to get my licence done.I told this to my father also but even he was helpless and told me to ignore.But that time i was very angry with the officials and frustrated but i was helpless.Actions should be taken against such officials because its same trend continuing till now and many people are simply paying bribe in name of agents which many are unaware of.
