No Noc for my vehicle

• NOC for Transfer of Vehicle Registration
• Paid INR 150

I apologies to this website, I swear in this for not pay bribe. But I paid today for Without NOC to my vehicle. To get the NOC is partically not possible for my bike, because it's my uncles bike. He is in aborad. He should come and get the NOC. Eventhough he is not resident in Kerela. Government should make NOC process to be easy else no other go for me. I feel guilty Once again I say sorry for paying bribe.
