I parked my vehicle at a bus stop and I was sitting in the car. As far as I know, unless you sit in the car, you do not break the law. I could had immediately removed my car from there. But the traffic constables came in and started clamping my car. When I resisted, they asked for my license. I was forced to give my license since they would had clamped my car. I was forcefully harassed and finally I paid 150 rupees to the constable. I was told to have overall charges quite high whereas no parking is only 100 rupees. I am not sure but those guys would had registered a series of complaints to increase the fine amount.
