While registering my under construction flat, for which even the plinth is not even laid till date. I had to shell out Rs. 5700 as bribe at the Dombivali Registrar’s office on the scheduled date and time which was communicated by our builder and honestly it was told upfront to all who registered their flat to carry Rs.7000 Extra on the registration day for which no receipt will be issued.
