I paid bribe to leave the place because of delay to reach home as my mother was not feeling good.I was not having my Vehicle Insurance paper.I requested Mr.... and team which was on inspection of vehicle on road that I am having each and every paper of vehicle but since the Insurance was just renewed , I taken that paper to my office for scan (convert in soft copy) but the team was on site denied to hear any thing.I show my older mother seating in car is feeling not good but.....No humanity against corruption in mind....Mr...shown sympathy but the constable with him denied to refund...
