Actuly it was city outskirts(byrathibande) and i have some wounds on mi head.. so i ws riding mi twowheeler without helmet mi frnd ws sittin with me... two non-traffic police came and stopd mi byk nd askd me to come to kothnur policestation for nt wearin helmet i requested a lot to them bt dey did not allow me to go.. And dey took mi frnd in their car nd told me to follow them.. at last dey took both of us to policestation and blackmailed us tellin u pay the fine of rs.300 r els il nt let u 2 go nd il sieze ur byk.. I hav requested a lot tellin il nt repeat dis anymor .. Bt dey refused.. At last dey took 200rs bribe and left us..
