I was not having NOC and traffic police catched me at budhwar peth pune.
They took my license and RC book of vehicle and told me to pay 2000 or take vehicle from police station with a fine of 4500.
I have no other option then to pay 2000 and get my vehicle from them.
I am in process of paying road tax.
