My younger brother attempted the JEE exam and basis of the score of JEE, UTU allotted a TFW seat in TULA'S INSTITUTE DEHRADUN. But one of requiered document INCOME certificate not available at tha time of admission which will issue by gov. dt 25/06/2018. so dt. 23/06/2018 last dt of admission,Counselor called by call on noon and offer me to paid rs. 40000/- as bribe which I refused and the addmission was cancelled.
