Yesterday they have transferred the land patta from abirami ammal ( my grand mother -passed away) to narayani ammal( will owner and my sister in law). Currently court cases are pending between us .They transferred the land patta by producing the will which is not been acceptable as this was written while the case is running and abirami ammal was unconscious as she was 96 . So the court should decide about the legal heir of abirami ammal as she was not alive and no immediate children also about the will.
They have given some pribe about 1L rupees to thasildhar and assistant thasildhar last week they transferred the land patta.
He got 10000 rupees from me for not to transfer the patta last year December 26th 2018 12AM in Nannilam Taluk office.
He is getting bribe for each and everyone then only he can move the files further else they won't process at all.
We have to take severe action on those who sanctioned the land patta.
What is the motive here to transfer the land patta while the case has been running for more than 5 years?
Who is the authority to decide the immediate heir when the case is filed in the court?
We have to forward this something beyond the Taluk and collectorate who has the power to reject the land patta transferred to narayani ammal.
