I needed to obtain a PCC for applying for my European Work Permit.
The bribe was asked at the LIU office in Kanpur Cantt where I personally went with all the supporting documents, paid the money (in full view of all persons present in LIU Office) and got the LIU clearance stamp in 60 seconds (flat)...
