Hi,
This is real incident happened 2 days back.My close relatives had gone to Medical college Thrissur for taking chemotherapy for cancer.After nearly 40km travel and 2-3 hrs wait they were told to go back as medicines were not in stock.A disappointed uncle was told by a patient that atleast Rs.1000 needs to be bribed to the radiologist in thrissur medical college everyday for getting proper treatment.My poor uncle had only Rs.300 and he gave that .He was told to come after 2 days for chemotherapy..
