The RTO environment was very un-friendly. There are no sign boards to know wher to approach first. The moment you land there an agent approaches you asking for what service you need.
After submitting your application for temporary licence you are told the licence will be ready the next day.
This place is 30KM from my place Cost of vising this place plus cost of one day leave will be more than the cost of Rs 250 for going through the agent. No doubt that people find it wise not to approach RTO directly.
The RTO has their own webcam for taking applicant's photo and still they demad 5 copies of applicant's photo
Citizens must demand onlne application facility including uploading of photograph so that all-complete applications can be submitted t RTO for issue of license on the spot.
