I went manchiryal register office with my family to apply for marriage certificate. They told me that they sent register book for binding and asked us to wait for 30minutes. After waiting 3hrs book arrived and after entering the details the concern person openly demanded for 800 rupees. After a negotiation i paid 500rs. I felt guilty that i paid bribe inorder discharge their duty. In this office they have their own rates. It happend at 1:45pm in the office.
