I am called to police station for verification of my documents for passport.
(the following things happened with person designation they said as Inspector's-writer)
when i entered station at 6 pm i was in 2 position in a queue person before me entered first,he having charges on some theft case Writer to the inspector wrote a long list of Alcoholic Beverages along with the brand names describing him this is for person x,y etc.. he was asked to buy all of those in Pondicherry region (5 km from station).He asked about the checking done at check post (there is check post for in entry of town from pondicherry ) He added that while returning if u were checked don't worry if they see this combination (he means the brand and quantity) they will leave you,(today xxx is in duty)if still some one ask say it is for Police station they will call me and confirm .so you wont have any problem.
and he left.
Next I entered i was asked for documents like ration card etc.. and he gave me a notebook by marking all details for signature when took my pen for signing he said
"pay fees and then sign"
me:sir,what fees ? and how much
x: rs 300 you don't know (Rudely replied)
me: i don't have and i said fees was added in DD itself Na
X: no you have to pay,he added that do u have any connection with problem that happened in your XXX(location)
me:no sir
x:i have send you 3 to 4 letters for writing to come for verification you dont? you come at that time
me:no sir i didn't get any letters from you
x:same address i send u. r u still there in that address?
me:yes
X:ok, you go to your VAO and get a address proof and come then we will come to verify
me:sir i need immediately(within 3months) passport
x: why ?whats your father doing?
me:YYYYYYYY
x:k you pay fees to me i will try
me:then i gave 300 rs to him and signed in that notebook
(i feel shame but still i have no choice,No common man can go against police and get into trouble)
