OPen corruption everyday at RTO kolhapur

I went to change my old paper licence to a new credit card type licence. The official receipt I got was for Rs.112/- from Govt of Maharashtra, but I was told to pay Rs.350/- each for my wife and myself.
When questioned where the money was going,one kind old man said that the contract to isuue these plastic licence is with one of the then CM of maharashtra's son and all the money goes there.
This is just one daily activity of RTO . Imagine all those agents taking money outside the office and handing it it the office.
SHAME on you all the RTO officers.
