Paid 100 for no reason at all

After an overnight journey, my family and i were waiting for our call taxi to pick us at 5:30am at egmore when the call taxi arrived and while we were getting in , a police constable ( i ve his name but coz of the rules i am not mentioning it ) asked rs.100 for picking up us at that stop. inspite of arguing with him that it did not have a no parking sign. he did not bulge. I was very furious for a long time and i decided to vent out here.
