Paid 1000 to get my new car registration.

Had to pay 1000 to get my new car registered. We had stuck cooling films on the glasses which was a free offer from our vendor. As we went for registration the government servant told these are not allowed in India, Inside of the car should be seen clearly. We had no other go we went back the vendor telling please remove these films to get our car registered. He started laughing telling "are you people not living in this India, He is asking for bridge. The removal of these films are not easy too". Then we went to an agent and paid him 1000. The vehicle inspector had no complaints. we could see his 32 teeth's out.
