Paid 15K for registration of a plot to the Sub-Registrar

I had to pay a bribe - 15K for getting the plot registered on my name. And the Sub-registrar in the RAMNAHAGAR Office acts very funny, he will put the figure in a calculator and turns the calculator to your side instead of speaking or writing the amount. And you have to handover the bribe to the agents around, not directly to him.
