Paid 15k to register my new apartment

Today 13th December I got my new apartment registered at bannerghatta sub registrar's office. I had to pay a bribe of 15k to get an apartment of 42 lakhs registered. You cannot get anything from that office unless you bribe them. I blatantly saw the various advocates shoving money in the employees hands , under the keyboard, in the drawer etc in full view of the public. Shame on them for demanding money to do their own jobs. When will this ever end
