I was asked by my seller to shell out 25k which he said needs to be paid to various officers & staffs in the Sub Registrars office. I had no option but to go along with what has been requested to. The system is so corrupt, when even the powerful individuals who rule the state itself is corrupt what can people like me can expect if we object to such practices?
