Paid 400 Rs to get Power of Attorney Created

I had to travel abroad next day and had to give power of attorney (POA) for my property located in Pune to someone. The Lower charged me 250Rs for getting paperwork done. I was carrying my own Stamp Duty (100Rs) document.
The person who was supposed to sign on the POA said the property is from other city i cannot sign. I was afraid as i had to leave India next day and didnt have tome to go to Pune. Then he said 'Ok give me 200Rs'. I had no choice than paying.He new my situationa and took the advantage.
