Paid 5% of TDS as bribe

• Income Tax
• Income Tax Refund
• Paid INR 14,000

I paid 5% of my TDS refund to Income tax officer through my CA. This is really shameful. It was my hard earned money. please some one advice me, what to do next time to catch income tax officer red handed.
