Sometime we wonder why people dont use Postal Deptt instead of courier agenecies even though they are most cost effective. We had an experience with them. I was to receive an urgent document from another Govt department who said it will be sent through speed post only. When the document reached Post Office in Sarai Khwaja Faridabad, the post man came to our office & instead of delivering the document, he asked us to come & collect the document from Post Office. In post office he wanted Rs. 500 otherwise he will send back the document by writing wrong address. Ahh... the great govt department....
