I was asked to pay a bribe of 20000 for my property registration by a third party real estate agent under the name of skanda enterprises. They told that this amount is required for a hassle free registration in hosakote sub registrar office.
Hope that these real estate agents and their contacts in hosakote SRO get a lesson someday to not harass new owners for registering their property.
