I have a site in S2 Avani at srajapura and This has been bought from re-sale and owner had a khata which i had to transfer to my name, i went to panchayat which comes under yamare village and mate Rathna (mobile no: 9740841063), she asked for 8000 rupees Bribe.
intially denied and went to S2 office but they demanded more money than her and finally i bargained with Rathna and get it done in 6000/- as bribe.
