It has become almost impossible to get the things done without paying bribe to RTO department.
More than twice I tried to get my driving license done without paying bribe. But every time i went for test drive they failed me.
But, my brother got his driving license for the first time itself and that too without going for a test drive. Because he bribed them.
Later i realized this is India and things will not move until you pay bribe. So finally i decided to pay the bribe to get my driving license done.
