I went to Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike, M G Road, for my baby birth certificate, on their record parents full name was not there, i asked them to make the correction write full name of father and mother's name, the officer denied to do that even i submitted all me and my wife id proof and school certificate, the officer asked me to go the court, if i go to the court that will take 6 month to one year, i can't wait that much time and also i don't have time. one person suggested me to pay bribe to the officer he will do that, i paid 300/- immediately on the same day he issued my baby birth certificate.
