I was more reluctant than my brother who seemed to think wielding influence was the way and more smarter. I did budge for the thought that i would have new bike soon and would be stopped various times and be fined for riding with pillion not having a drivers license although i had the learners license. Although i was confident of clearing the driving test, my brother seemed to make mockery of my determination by telling stories of how he had been sent back 4-5 times quoting silliest of reasons. To add to it, i witnessed on the day how the driving inspector was so indifferent to people who had bribed and those who didn't, to say the least he was rude. At this point i budged and paid through the agent who seemed beaming having satisfied clientele. One of my disgusting experiences that has left a bad taste.
