Paid bribe for driving license renewal

I am 23 years old.I am happy that I never paid a bribe for the last 23 years,But i am sad to say that it was only possible because my dad paid it on behalf of me:)

My dad paid 700 for driving license renewal which costs around 500.It was inevitable as we all know.
