Paid bribe for EB three phase connection

• Electricity and Power Supply
• New Connection for Commercial and Industrial Use
• Paid INR 15,000

Hi All
I had to pay a sum of 18000 to get a three phase connection via an agent to Palavakkam Chennai EB office in the year 2009.
Poorest thing i dont know how much is bribe to that level it has become a fixed charge for that.
Please help India to come out of this corruption .We have a long way to achive too many heights but not easy with this corruption habits
