Paid bribe for filing FIR of lost documents of class 12th

Just for a getting a duplicate copy of my 12th certificate i need to register a FIR in local police station he asked me to bring a bundle of papers (costing Rs. 10) as he is running short of papers to write FIR & a cash of Rs. 50 for the favor he did by doing my work in 5 mins...********** **********.
