All the documents from the applicant were present with the originals; all the forms were duly signed and verified. The applicant (myself) was asked to pay for an "Overhead/Usual Charges" for marriage registration certificate. There was no special case with this application; an officer on the seat simply asked to pay 1000rs for the issuance of Marriage Certificate.
