The lady made me wait for 4 hrs even when certificate was signed. Others who came late got things done by pushing currency notes in her open drawer. I lost my cool but in no vain. She wrongly told me that Saab office mein nahin hai. When i pushed 50 bucks, i got my certificate immediately. Hate paying bribe, but majboor tha!
