Paid bribe to get a copy of marksheet quickly

I was applying for my masters and realized that one of my engineering marksheets issued from the university was not stamped. I went to the university to create a new marksheet.

Since I was in a hurry and there was no system to get the process expidaed I had to pay the peon 100 Rs to get me the marksheet made the same day.
