I visited Dwarka Sec 23 Police Station atleast 20+ times to get the FIR lodged for my car which was stolen in Dwarka. The officers did not lodge complaint without taking bribe. It is a huge harassment to be part of such a system. I wish things can change soon with lokpal bill.
