Paid Bribe to Get my Bike back which was stolen

Police was able to get my stolen bike within 2 days of theft but made me run for 3 days to actually get the possession. They asked for Letter from S.H.O but when i went there he already left and for next 2 days it was holiday for him for reason i dont remember or dont know. Finally after i got through all formalities, the Officer who Released my Bike from the shackles at the back of the Police station asked for "Chai Pani" before opening the last Lock! I had no other option but to give him negotitated 300 Rs.! It didnt pinch me much that time as gettng a stolen 2 wheeler back in this country is itself a big thing! But at the end of the day I PAID A *******
