I had to pay a bribe to Mr.********, RTO, in Tirunelveli(at 2007) to get my community certificate. He stalled the progress untill i paid a bribe of Rs.2000. Due to the delay in the certificate, I lost the chances of getting into a good ********** during ********** admission. Though I never regretted getting into the ********** which I later got, my whole life could have been changed if he had issued the certificate earlier.
