I don't know his name. But his cell number is 07549044980. This incident happened around 5pm on 8-Feb-15 at Chakulia (Near Jamshedpur), East Singhbhum, Jharkhand.
He came for CID verification from Jamshedpur. He photocopied some of his documents for which I had to pay.That was acceptable but after checking all the documents he asked for chai-pani (bribe). I told him that government is paying for his job and he should not asked for money. But he told if I want my passport I have to pay him. After that I had to pay him Rs 500 which he shamelessly took and left for railway station to go back to Jamshedpur.
